Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- orange zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8g yeast
- 7g baking powder
- 150ml warm water
- 100g semolina
- 250g flour
Directions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add flour and let rise for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
Step 2
roll out the dough and cut it like how is it shown in the picture with a cookie cutter
Step 3
Fry the donuts until they are golden brown then sprinkle the donuts with sugar
