➜ Sweet, juicy and fun to eat, grapes also offer many health benefits. Human studies show that eating a variety of grapes can help keep your heart healthy by relaxing blood vessels, which maintains optimal blood flow and function.


  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium Kirby cucumber, peeled and cut into
  • 1 inch rounds
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes (preferably frozen)
  • 2 medium celery stalks, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of honey


In a blender, combine almond milk, cucumber, raisins, celery, and honey and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.

Freeze extra grapes for snacking! They make a super hydrating post-workout snack. Simply rinse the grapes and drain well. Place the bunches of grapes on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer. Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
