Pecan Pie Break Apart Bark


24 graham crackers

2 sticks of butter, unsalted

1 cup light brown sugar

2 cups pecans, chopped


In a saucepan, put the butter and brown sugar

Melt over medium heat

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil

Spread the graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet

Once the butter and sugar begin to boil, boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped pecans

Pour mixture over graham crackers and spread evenly

Place the baking dish in the refrigerator until the treat has hardened

Break into pieces and serve or wrap and give as gifts
